Hey guys, I'm kinda new to this forum and Minecraft.
So anyway, Minecraft has released 1.4.6, but I have no idea how to update it, I kept pressing the 'Force Update' button, and it said 'Will force!' and still stuck in 1.4.5

Try deleting your bin folder in the .minecraft folder, and then force updating.Correction: Login servers are down, and therefore you wont be able to update until they come back up.
