Drag and drop invetory

Whenever I open up my inventory, I can't just click something and then carry it to another spot. Now I have to click on it, hold it down, drag it to where I want it, and release my mouse button. Is this like part of the new update of something? I mean, I updated a day or two ago and haven't had this problem. It only just started now.

I sometimes get this problem and find that pressing the fullscreen button which I believe is F11 fixes it.
