So recently I updated to Windows 8, got my graphics card working with minecraft and started playing minecraft.
But Minecraft would occasionally out of the blue just BAM and freeze. It's not lag or anything, it just doesnt work anymore. This never happened while i was on windows 7.

8 Gigs of Ram
Intel Core i5 M450 Dual Core @ 2.4 GHz, turbo @ 2.6 GHz. Hyper threaded to 4 cores
