Got 2 460s on SLI and i see that when im playing only one card at 98% and the other in 0%.
First,does minecraft supports SLI?
and if so,do i need to change something in the game/java?

I highly doubt Minecraft supports SLI, as most of it's work is processor based, and not GPU based. Your one card shouldn't even be that high, i have a HD 5770 and it only gets up to 30% on far.
