Over the past week i've been having problems with my connection to Minecraft servers.
While playing it seems that my connection is horrible, but my internet is working fine and I have a normal ping to the servers. Players around me seem to be walking around at real time, they can break blocks and chat normally, but when I break blocks items do not appear for quite some time, upwards of 1 minute and my chat won't appear in the chat box for around the same amount of time.
When it gets really bad I am kicked for "Software caused connection abort" it looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/FKzLG.png
As I said, my internet is fine and I have the most recent 64 bit java version and I've restarted my computer many times.
I need some help, minecraft servers have become unplayable and I'm wanting to enjoy the game.

Retired StaffA error like that usually means that it lost connection to the server.
