Wolves won't get up?

I updated to 1.4.6, went into my single player world that I made before patch. I had 2 tamed wolves sitting in my house before update, now they won't stand up when I right click on them. Has this happened to anyone else?

No I wasn't holding anything edible, I even tried without holding anything, didn't work. Doesn't matter now anyways, Roger and Max mysteriously disappeared . I'll try find some more wolves, see if the problem continues.

Did you at any time log into your minecraft in offline mode, or start the world and get the wolves and logon on offline mode?
