I tried to play minecraft yesterday and it said can't connect and it isn't downloaded. I tried to delete all files and re-download, and I am still getting the EXACT same errors.
I ran the program and minecraft opened, and ran correctly. Thanks!
EDIT: I get bad login errors when joining servers and I still can't open minecraft normally from the desktop shortcut.

There is a good chance that you have an antivirus program that is blocking the minecraft.exe.
If you can't figure out how to get proper permissions for the exe, try using one of the secondary launchers, such as multiMC: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1000645-multimc-43-windows-linux-mac/

Try updating your java. I'd even go as far as uninstalling your current java, and then installing the latest version from scratch from here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Is your windows 7 64bit or 32 bit? The error tester report said this:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, , 32bits
But your MultiMC errror report says this:
Operating System: Windows 7 (build 7601, Service Pack 1), 64-bit edition
If you truly have 64 bit then I recommend that you uninstall all java installs then install Java JRE 64bit. (The error tester report says you have 32bit Java)

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
