I've been having this problem for some time now and I have know idea how to fix it. I normally play at over 60 FPS and can record with fraps at over 40. After plating for 5 minuets or so my FPS will drop by about 25-30. Then after another 5 minuets of playing it goes back up to 60. It does this with or without Optifine. Its seem that other people have this problem and some say its an overheating issue. I'm on a laptop and it does get pretty toasty, my normal temps are 187 F when its running fine, then when it drops its still at the same temp. When my FPS goes back up to 60, its still at 187. Also when it starts to lag, if I relaunch the game it's back up 60 FPS
at the same temperature. This is really starting to make me mad because it is completely disabling me from recording with fraps. I've updated my java and have a fresh Minecraft, so any advice?

When you take the first one, press 1. then take another, and press 1. Keep taking them until the pie chart says "Unspecified"
