Can I change something to make it so the three sandstone blocks display the same texture on all four sides? I want to use them to create a road but it's the same texture for the top of all three blocks. I've searched everywhere and found no solutions. I know I can change the one texture that controls the top of all three blocks but I would prefer to have all three unique sandstone block textures available to me. Any help would be appreciated.

All 3 of those blocks use the same single texture for the top and bottom. Changing that one texture would change all 3.

The texture right under the lapis ore is the top texture for all 3 block types. The second one down from that one is the bottom texture.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm aware of that. I was hoping there was a way to not use the same texture for all three blocks. I want to use the side textures for the chiseled sandstone and smooth sandstone for the top of those blocks. Is there something I can change to make that happen?

Unless there is a mod that does that, then no you can't do anything about it. The vanilla code is not flexible on that without modding.
