Hi all. Purchased minecraft for windows pc for my son two days ago. Apparenty he is unable to read signs or see faces of other characters in multiplayer. He also claims that, and I will try my best to explain, there is still black around certain items which should have gone away when we went from free to paid (hope that make sense). I am at a loss and he is upset because of these issues and doesnt want to play. Guessing reading signs would be quite important part of game. I tried a force update but nothing appeared to happen. I will add that i am not tech savy so any directions needs to be written for a child so I can do best to fix. Thanks in advance for any help.
