Minecraft very laggy :( help!

I hace Minecraft 1.4.2 and i have an Inspiron with Windows 7 64 bits, 4GB RAM, 300 GB Hard disk, Intel pentium
And latest Java 64 Bits version, I have Tune up utillities 2013 and my computer is fast but when i play Minecraft it works but its not fluid is laggy.

I have the latest Graphic Accelerator, my Computer dont fit the requirements?

What graphics card? That's the most important...if you're playing on integrated then there isn't much to say.
