i don't know what happened i opened up minecraft and it won't allow any of my saves to load, its them same if i try to make a world

i get this each time

sorry i am new to minecraft
i realy don't know what to do , i was working on 3 big projects i'v saved the save files on my desktop just incase

know what i might just un-install , i tryed how i read on another fourm page but it dosn't make the folders so how to i get minecraft to make the folders again
