OK, A few months ago i was going on to MInecraft and after logging in, nothing happened and i got a black screen and it closes. I check the .Minecraft file in %appdata% and the only files there was "bin" and "lastlogin". All the files including minecraft.jar were in the bin. I tried using force update before logging in but nothing happens and i get the same problem, black screen and crash and no other files in .minecraft but bin and lastlogin. If anyone could please help me, OR direct me to a forum post that explains this, i would greatly appreciate it. I havnt been able to play MInecraft since the "pretty scary update".
