Then uninstall all java installs you have from there. There could be more then one, so make sure you remove all of them.

Then install the latest java from here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Okay, I use to have this problem and this is how I solved it. First you go to Program Files (x86 or x64 or x32 WHATEVER) then copy java and put it in to Program Files (Normal) and it should fix the problem
