My system: dell inspiron n7110 i have a laptop with an i7 2nd gen precessor, 8 gigs of ram, and two separate graphics cards.
my laptop runs just about everything i can throw at it i can get 35 fps on max graphics with crisis 2 iv not had many problems with it.i have two separate graphics cards in my computer one low end intel integrated card and a Nvida GeForce GT 525M. minecraft be default runs on the low end intel card which doesn't do a great job i average like 22 fps its rather annoying. if i right click the game and run it with my nvida processor its great! the nvida card runs it at about 77 fps even on far render. however after about 15 minuets into the game my computer shuts down like remove the battery and pull the power cable shut down. is there any way that i can fix this problem? it seems to be tied directly with minecraft
to fix this problem i have already tried the fallowing:
-re install graphics card
-re install java
-uninstall java and replace with 64 bit java
