No matter what I update, from where, or what, my skin remains all black. If I change it in the .jar, no problem, as long as I'm offline, get online, black again.
Minecraft.net keeps telling me that the file is uploaded, wait a few seconds. STILL black. I've tried many, many different skins. I've tried deleting the .jar and forcing a reload.
Do you have Kaspersky Antivirus? If so try turning off the anti-banner. If that works for you then I'm wondering if you can put an exception in for the skins server URL and leave the anti-banner option on.
