Okay this has been happening ever since 1.4.5 and it's been p*ssing me off to no end. It has no relative time frame and seems to crash whenever it feels like it. I have my java absolutely up to date and I even completely deleted the .minecraft folder and downloaded a fresh copy. This is really beginning to annoy the crap out of me. Can anyone please tell me what is wrong and how I can fix it so Java stops crashing? I'm on a 64 bit system with 64 bit java installed. Here is a screenshot for reference.
Syfaro asked you to run that error tester. Please post a copy of the log it gives you here.
Does it only give me the error when it happens or does it diagnose it immediately upon launching Minecraft? If so I'll go do that. Just need confirmation.

I think you misunderstand what the error tester is. It just goes through the minecraft launch sequence step by step and if there is some kind of error in the process it logs it. If it is running fine without detecting anything thats a good thing. Even if it isn't detecting anything post the log here anyway. It tells us some info about your system configuration and may give us some ideas on what could be going wrong.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
