I recently bought a 23 inch widescreen monitor and am also running a 20 inch as a secondary. Sense the change when I log into MC the screen seems to...go out of alignment? I have to move my mouse around the screen to view all of it (push mouse down and it slides up so I can see my start bar, slide it right or left and the screen slides. I have tried several settings both in game and with my monitors. I have disabled the second monitor and it still does it, I have reset the resolution down and to max and it still does it. I even installed optifine to see if something in there would fix it. Whats worse is that the problem persists even after I log back out and I have to restart my computer to get it to stop.
I am guessing I have just missed some setting somewhere and was hoping that someone might have had a problem like this or know how I can fix it.
I have tried windowed mode, full screen. My card is an HD 4770, an older card but I never had a problem before the monitor switch. I am not trying to run it on both monitors. In fact I disabled the second monitor while trying to troubleshoot what was causing it.
The problem happens as soon as I click the logon button, and yes it happens if I try and play offline too.
I have tried resolution changes both with monitors and in the game. I have updated the game, i have tried mods and nothing fixes the problem. It doesn't matter if its unmodded or modded, the MC build doesn't seem to matter either sense I have 1.2.5 and 1.4.5. I have used the standard launcher, MultiMC and FTB launcher all with the same results.
I can get it to play on a single screen by lowering the resolution of the monitor but the second I go back to the native resolution of my monitor my screen is offset again and requires a computer restart, nothing else works to fix it.
Its a real frustrating thing sense I have found nobody else seems to suffer from this problem with the game. I do want to thank those that have tried to help. I have run out of ideas so I guess I will either have to deal with it or give up either minecraft or my monitor.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
