Game was fine all day -- all of a sudden my mining pick won't destroy/mine dirt, wood or anything other then stone and minerals. This is the same for my other tools as well (my shovel won't start breaking stone or wood or anything of the sort if I try to) -- why are my tools set to only harvest the item they are designed for?
I scoured the option menu's and found nothing. Also is a very hard problem to 'google' or search for. I reinstalled Minecraft and restarted my computer to no avail. Anyone else had this problem?
Do you have cheats on and accidentally set yourself to adventure mode? If you did, then /gamemode 0 is survival, /gamemode 1 is creative, and /gamemode 2 is adventure.
