Ok, so i wanted to delete my minecraft files, and i pulled the .minecraft folder out. I opened the minecraft launcher thing and logged in, put offline, and force download, and when i start the game with force download on and without it on, it gets stuck on the done loading screen, and it doesnt give me a new .minecraft folder. I need help or advice on how to fix this. I redownloaded minecraft multiple times, and nothing works. Help.
Of course it doesn't make a new one, it detects the old .minecraft file in a open field (Out of the recycle bin). Your old .minecraft has to be in a closed field, like the recycle bin. Make sure you back up your worlds.
But i am trying to make a new .minecraft folder, so i can open a mod and do all that good stuff, and it doesnt let me force updateor make a new ,minecraft folder, it just makes a .minecraft and inside it theres bin and nothing else, nothing in the bin either.
