Yes but it was working well while I was using it I doubt that was the issue I saw my little cousin mess with something and I think something in the data was deleted I don't know what or how to fix it.

Suspicious classes: [com.pclewis.mcpatcher.MCPatcherUtils, Config, ChangeHandler, ...], [com.pclewis.mcpatcher.mod.Colorizer, BiomeHelper, Stub, ...] Isn't that a lot of suspicious classes? I know MCPatcher stuff is trustworthy, but whatever that com.pclewis , Config, ChangeHandler, mod.Colorizer, and BiomeHelper, that's all unknown. I believe BiomeHelper is some sort of mod? Oh, and that Stub thing, too. Also, true, very likely your .jar is modded.
Vec3 Pool Size: ~~ERROR~~ NullPointerException: null This can be holding you back, too.

If your little cousin is messing with your Minecraft, then you're .jar is basically done with. My little sister messed up my firewall faster than a cat can urinate.

Probably best to just reset your .minecraft folder then.move your saves to an alternate location before you do, if you want to keep them.
