Hi, I've been having this problem with my Minecraft client for a couple of months now. It wouldn't even open up. I've been running Windows XP, and had a bad graphics card. I finally got the card to update today. To my dismay, it still will not run. So I did what I was supposed to and reinstalled the game. I keep getting either a black screen or the crash log below. The weird thing is, Tekkit runs fine? So I suppose that can hold me over. If anyone has the time though, could they help me with this?

The Intel website, windows didn't do a thing about it. So I did it from the source. That thing about 1.2.5 makes sense.
