Hello I began playing, and since last night, then after a couple of minutes the FPS dropped from around 20-50 FPS (I'm not sure how much it was earlier) to 0 FPS. Restarting the game always fixes it, but it's such a hassle. Two days ago I would have been able to play for hours without a single drop in FPS. I have the latest Java, but I reinstalled it, I then reinstalled Minecraft, and I know for sure that it has nothing to do with my video settings, (render distance, smooth lighting, advanced openGL, etc.) and I have enough space on my computer (about 100GB left of 300GB). I haven't downloaded anything large lately and I can't find any answers on Google. I'm just trying to be really specific. I don't need to post system specs because I know my computer can run Minecraft in all the highest settings; it just dropped last night. I checked, and I have no new processes, my desktop is the same temperature and the issue is the same on all of my Single Player maps, (I don't use multi-player often). As far as I know, I have done nothing to provoke this, but suggestions would be good. I had the SPC mod installed, but I uninstalled it when I re-installed Minecraft. Thanks in advance for the help .
