Well i get the first part i just have no idea what to do about it.
Bad video card drivers!

Have you tried uninstalling the minecraft.exe and then downloading it again?

That won't help at all. Check out my guide to fixing this problem. Could you also post a DxDiag for us so we can help you find the correct driver, unless you use the utilities listed in my article.
