Whenever i enter a server everyone but me is frozen

my items don't work, i cant chat or us comands, and i can break anything in one hit even though its not creatove

That's strange. Have you modified your client in any way? And what is your connection to the server like?

Well i was playing fine an hour ago. I stopped playing when i got bored of the pvp i was on. an hour later i click on the servers and that happend. I tried about 4 servers and i did nothign not listed here
