Ok, so I wasn't sure if this should go in modded because its vanilla minecraft using MCNOSTALGIA (I think thats how its spelled) anyways, what happenes is I got my old #1060 Craftbukkit build and made a server, but when I try to connect, I get the <html> error that looks like this: Failed to login: <html>
Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance. Also, if there isn't, would someone mind pointing me in the right direction as to get a 1.7.3 copy of mc without the mod mentioned above. Thanks!
This goes in Unmodded, like you thought; since McNostalgia isn't a mod. It simply decompiles and recompiles Minecraft as a different version. No jarfile-changing involved (mod installation-wise).
I'm not sure if any of the servers were down at the time of posting, but check here. It's worth another try, in my opinion.
Yes, they were down, but it is still returning the error given in the earlier post. I tried to use mineshafter and other tools to "crack" the server so it wouldn't cheek the auth servers, but that didn't work. I also tried setting onlinemode=false, but that wont work.
