I'm hoping to get some help on a SMP connection crash I've been experiencing. I have a Server 2008 R2 machine at home that I run three SMP servers on (Vanilla, Tekkit and FTB) using Multicraft. The servers run fine however when I try to connect to any of them the first attempt usually results in a crash. With Vanilla I don't get an error screen, as soon as I click join server I'm back at the Main Menu screen. With Tekkit and FTB I actually receive an error (I know this is the unmodified client forum but thought I'd mention it just in case it helps). I haven't had the issue on my laptop but I only use that when away from home. I've tried but the local IP and the Dynamic IP on my desktop (where the error happens) but for whatever reason the error still occurs. I checked the server logs for each server and nothing shows up except for the usual client disconnected message that you'll get whenever the client disconnects. This never happened before and only recently started within the past few weeks.
