Have you tried just selecting the Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family that is listed?

I read on another post that OpenGL might not be supported by Windows 8, which would be really bad.
Also, I tried installing the file, but it said that it did not meet the minimum requierments for my computer.
What do I do?
