Not Downloaded Error; Please Help Me!
I have recently bought minecraft, and when I went to go login it says failed to login.
Then, I got to press play offline and it is grayed out, and under the grayed out thing it says, 'Not Downloaded'
I went to go check the .minecraft folder, and there was nothing inside my bin folder,
Then I tried pressing force update but it still takes me to the failed login screen with the same
problems, please help me if you know how to do?!

Wow, that's very odd. You could start by trying simple things like restarting your computer, then re-downloading the minecraft launcher. If that doesn't work, you could try moving the contents of one of your friend's .minecraft folder and copying it to yours.

That's an odd problem though. Never heard of it before.

i have had the same problem too. started last night when i was installing mods and deleted all minecraft stuff in my computer. i've restarted my computer and redownloaded it like 20 times nothing has fixed it.

I tried this already and It did not do anything, my friend(s) do not play minecraft

Same thing happened to me! This is how It started I donwloaded Dr Zhoaks Reptiles Mod Thingy

i found the solution! some how the password got changed. i had to go recover the account

Failed to login sounds like either you are entering the wrong username/password or you have an AV or firewall that is blocking minecraft.
Try disabling your AV / Firewall long enough to see if it works with out them.

Also double check you can log in to minecraft.net and that it says your account is premium.

I did that, it says even when I use my account 'Premium' It says Failed to login and it's still not downloaded.
But: I have found a way to fix i needed to get a new bin folder and replace the minecraft things but all I have is the version; 1.2.3
can you help me with that I can't update

Yeah... Sure, then whats the pass? I thought so...

im having the same problem as well. It says USER NOT PREMIUM when i bought the game a day ago. THEN it says offline mode isnt downloaded DAFAQ?
