I have just updated my Minecraft to version 1.4.5 recently, and something seems wrong with the texture or display of the game. I'm not real good at explaining things, so here's a picture of the issue:


I know that i'm on a texture pack right now, but this same issue happens on the normal texture.
I am running on the Windows 8 Release Preview beta right now, but Minecraft has never has issued in the past with this OS/Computer.

Any help?

Usually this can be fixed by changing the Anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering.

Edit: Found out how to do it, but it worked.
