After installing the Mod, you might want to change the settings to:
- Graphics: Fast
- Render Distance: Short/Tiny
- Smooth Lighting: OFF
- Performance: Max FPS
- AdvancedOpenGL: Fast
- Clouds: OFF
- Fog: OFF
- Animations: All OFF
- Sky: OFF
- Stars: OFF
This issue is still not solved, however I seem to have discovered more about my problem.
The graphic settings dont matter, nor do any performance enchancing mods... as I am having the exact same situation in both vanilla unmodded minecraft and Tekkit.
Seemingly, If I open Minecraft and play straight away i am stuck with 12-18 FPS...
However, If I open Minecraft and leave it on the Main Menu for 10+ minutes then go to play I have 70+ FPS.
What would cause this to happen?

Most of the times I log in to play minecraft I am stuck with an FPS of 11-13.
However, every rare occasion minecraft will log in and play with a solid and steady 70 FPS.
I cannot find any reason for these occurences but it leads me to believe to there must be a solution
to keeping a solid 70 FPS whenever I play.
This occurs in Vanilla minecraft and Tekkit minecraft so I have placed it in this board.
Anybody have any idea how to proceed?

exited, and re-opened, back down to 13fps...
why is it so varied?
