I own minecraft and I tried out fullscreen mode for once, next thing I know after the mojang screen a black screen came up and blocked out the whole monitor screen. I was able to exit it but now everytime i open minecraft and login, after the mojang screen a black screen pops up. It said " JAVA(TM) is not responding". What can I do to fix this?

with the % signs.
That will take you into the roaming folder.
.minecraft should be near the top
Go into the .minecraft folder, then right click on option.txt and choose delete

so I don't open options? I just delete it?

yep. Next time you run MC, it'll regen it with default settings.
You can open it, and change fullscreen to false, it really doesn't matter which way you do it.
