As the title says, the "pick block" function doesn't seems to like portal blocks or spawners, as I cannot make them appear in my inventory. Any other block works with no problems, from common ones like dirt or stone, to NPCs (eggs), wheat (seeds), etc. Any ideas (that doesn't involve using the /give command)?
Posted there, the answer was "works as intended"... then why there are posts about it, and it's mentioned on the wiki? Now I feel confused @[email protected]
You can no longer pick portal blocks (since you can't really obtain them normally in the first place), but typing /give [playername] 90 ought to do the trick. The portal block looks oddly cubical until you place it for the first time, but don't worry about that, it works just the same.
