Messed up graphics

It all started after i patched my minecraft with MCPatcher, the blue lines between the blocks appeared. I tried repatching, then unpatching, even updating minecraft! The blue lines still remained, i had optifine installed at the time, but i dont know if that had anything to do with it...

If anyone has had this problem before, and knows how to fix it, please tell me, its so annoying!
