You are using a fairly old version of Java. I would start by updating that.
This is actually a java crash log, so it's your java crashing when you enter the nether, etc.

You are using JRE version: 6.0_25-b06, Java 6 has been updated to 6.0_37 now, so you are 12 version behind.
Also You might want to give java 7 a try, as long as you have a decent system (more then 4G memory, 2.5Ghz+ CPU) it performs better.
