I can't get MineCraft to download.

I'm on a Mac, and downloaded it, but when I try to open it, it just says that its 'Damaged and should be moved to trash'

I had Minecraft already, but I couldn't fine the Minecraft folder anywhere. (Yes, I looked exactly where it should be.)

Also, does anyone know where the folder is?
