Minecraft Forums

I have looked all over the forums and online for help, but nothing is working. I am on a MacBook Pro, Apple Laptop when I play computer Minecraft. I use the laptop because my PC is pretty much dead. Anyway, ALL CLICKS will not respond on my laptop. Right clicks, left clicks, double clicks, EVERYTHING is NOT working. I am using the normal mousepad, the little square at the bottom of the keyboard as a mouse. All other clicks work for games such as Toontown, normal internet, you name it. However, Minecraft clicks won't respond. They only will if I click to go on "survival" and set my options. Even on superflat worlds that usually have less lag, it won't click. Basically, I can't place blocks or break them, nor kill things when I play MC on this laptop. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried to force update?
Before you login
Options>Force Update>Done>Login

Thanks for trying, haha, but it still isn't working.

I should probably mention that my keyboard is working fine and I can click items from the item selection in creative, but I can't use them or even mine with my fists!

So you're using the trackpad to play instead of a mouse?

i would try a mouse

I know I need to get a mouse, it's pretty obvious, but I need a fix until I get a new computer.
