So, I was going to log in tonight, and seeing that there is a widespread error going around that prevents people from logging in, I decided to play offline, and lo and behold, my skin changed to Link from Legend of Zelda! I have never had that skin in my entire time playing MC, so I'm not quite sure what caused it! And another thing: my friend, who just got the game, logged in for the first time, and her skin was set to Link as well! It's not necessarily a bad thing, nor is is preventing me from playing the game, but still, I've been wondering as to what could possibly cause this. I saw a post a while back about it, too, but no explanation.

I would advise you guys to quickly change your passwords. Your accounts may have been hacked.

Are you both using a mod that changes the default skin perhaps? You both experienced it when playing offline so that's my best guess.
