You have the drivers that Microsoft shipped Windows 8 with...
Intel drivers in windows never come with Open GL support.
You need to go to intel.com and get drivers with Open GL support, if they are available. I looked quick but didn't see Windows 8 versions.
Did find this though, looks like there are no Win 8 drivers, only the old Win 7 drivers which might work.

You have the drivers that Microsoft shipped Windows 8 with...
Intel drivers in windows never come with Open GL support.
You need to go to intel.com and get drivers with Open GL support, if they are available. I looked quick but didn't see Windows 8 versions.
Did find this though, looks like there are no Win 8 drivers, only the old Win 7 drivers which might work.
