Help, sometimes when I restart Minecraft my chat key resets to none, so I have
to manually switch it back to t. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

In Windows, delete this file: %appdata%/.minecraft/options.txt
In OSX, delete this file: ~Library/Application Support/minecraft/options.txt
In Linux, it's generally (I think): home/minecraft/options.txt
Yeah, I'm using windows 7, and it seemed to have worked!
Thanks.
Edit: I think it did that because if you set it in Minecraft sometimes it doesn't save it in
options.txt I could've also went into the text file and change chat button to t as well.
