I was being stupid on one of my worlds today and I tried to teleport really far into the void (like about 0, -100000000, 0), and Instead of just killing me like I though it would, I got an illegal stance error and now that happens every time I try to enter to world. I've tried deleting my player data. I've tried using MCEdit to fly back up but I'm too far in the void. Does anyone know a program to teleport my in my world, like MCEdit, and how to teleport with it?

You have to go back to 1.2.5 and use singleplayer commands, than use the /spawn command!

But I can't get into the world at all, it immediately just says Illegal Stance when I try to join,

right than, delete the file of the chunk you were in. and next time dont do something so stupid?

In 1.4.2, minecraft is built with some functions of singleplayer commands. You will have to re-create the world (in select world screen) in order to play again, but all the things you have done on that world will not be in that new re-created world. I also did it but i teleported 100000000000000 blocks high into the sky and also got illegal stance. Max blocks u can go into the void is Y= 32,000,000 blocks down, afterwards its illegal stance again.
