Is there something wrong with the multiplayer servers i keep getting on to my server, and everytime I don't move for like ,10 seconds, i get timed out. this is the first time this has happened to me (I've had this server for a few months now and it has never happened yet). even if I restart the server, it doesn't fix the problem. please help
is this your own server or someone elses?
all the minecraft services are rrunning at the moment, but they won't effect your ingame play, only logging in, if they had an issue
EDIT: ok, I've given myself a new .jar, and now i can't login. it says either "failed to login:bad login" or "failed to log in: error."
Same issue + all my friends are having this issue on every server. http://help.mojang.com/ shows things as working correctly, but CLEARLY there is SOMETHING wrong :/

i tried several times and didn't get an error report again
alright, it's screwing up again and i have an updated java, could it just be my internet, because my friend is experiencing what i was/am too
is it working for you now, mine's screwing up again. i was wondering the same thing
The recent screw-ups are worldwide, people have reported logging into servers sometimes randomly getting "Failed to login: Error" or have everything working fine. Its a random on/off thing, as for me I'm just gonna work on my texture pack instead of aimlessly trying to play SMP.

Ok, I'll update, but why? I have been able to play very well in the past with my current Java. Why is it flunking out now?
