Bad video card drivers!

If that doesn't work than just get a new computer, or if you can't get one right now, wait.

Ah, the generic 'bad video card drivers!' excuse. Throw that piece of crap computer away and get a proper one, especially if your outdated piece of junk uses intel graphics cards (Which are the worst on the market for 3D games).

Your problem is with Java, go to Java.com and download the latest for OSX, and YES they supply it there now. HD3000 can and has no problems with minecraft, dont even try.


@OP, your problem lies in a old GPU or your computer lacks proper drivers.

I know right! If I even suggest that it's a crappy old computer I get burnt by ­s who think that (already up-to-date) drivers need updating!
