The thing is that your laptop isn't what you thought it too be. It's not an i3/i5/i7 so suffers from worse architecture. It is dual core(but most are quad core now) and only runs at 2ghz(my 5yo laptop ran at 2.16). You also don't have a dedicated graphics card, even worse some of intels intergrated graphics(they are completely useless). I'm not suprised it struggles. Also, how much RAM does it have?

4gb ram and I didn't try AdvanceOpenGL Should I try that??

4GB is very good for a computer of that spec. You could try openGL, but that will probably decrease fps as it makes the graphic card do more work instead of the processor(I could go into more detail). Worth a try. And as berwout said, definetly try optifine
So you'r saying only a I3,I5 or I7 is fast lol?
Also I couldn't find out about the dual core. It normaly would have Dual or x2 in it's name.
RAM is not realy important for minecraft.

4 GigaByte RAM at 1066MHz isn't that great. It's a lot but let me tell you this that laptop is WAY overpriced. The specs are worth 80 dollars MAX.
I'm just saying that intel has the fastest processors out there so far(AMD's bulldozer was terrible) and as such i3/i5/7's are the best so far architectural wise. Although i3 are the lower end(very efficient). i5's are medium and i7's are full out power

I have another laptop that is the toshiba C655D-S5515 would that be worth getting fixed for 34$ bucks and would it be better than the Toshiba C675-S7200?????
No. If you're not planning on OCing, get an i5-3470 or -3550.
If you are OCing then the i5 3570k is a great choice. If you have a big budget then the i7 3770k is pretty much the best there is, but is a few hundred pounds
