I have downloaded the minecraft.jar from minecraft.net.
I have ensured I have openJDK7.
I have updated the LGWL.zip thing, (the .so and .jar files)
I launch minecraft and I get rewarded with a login screen. However after logging in it gives me a black screen for a few seconds and then issues a crash report that goes as follow:

I am praying that someone else has incurred this issue and is able to help me troubleshoot my issue. I have installed the latest Nvidia drivers and only get stuck with a locked screen resolution of 640x480 that I wasnt able to resolve. I am newer to the linx platform and am in need of some troubleshooting guru guidance.
I have discovered that my dell laptop has the dreaded Optimus technology running a 540m and Intel HD graphics together as one unit. Bumblebee has solved my issue in playing minecraft!
