You probably can just delete your Bin, and reload MC, it will automatically re download everything needed. If you have a mod such as nodus, well after you re install the bin, just replace/copy the minecraft.jar
If it's russian go to translate.google.com type in english and select russian to see what the word English looks like in russian and pick that. Unfortunately i cant type that here. Or do what the last guy said.
