Please help! Minecraft stopped working and so far no one has been helping me! Minecraft wont even open at all, not even to the login screen. I run a mac. I tried re-downloading minecraft and everything. Does anyone know what's going on?
Wait so it might be black screen so i suggest go into %appdata% and go into .minecraft then you eill see a folder called bin delete it and that might work i hope this helped

Hey I was experimenting around a bit and found out a way to make it work! You right click on the icon (it needs to be on the desktop) and click on "show package contents". Then you click on contents, resources, java, then you double click on minecraftlauncher.jar. It should open to the login screen allowing you to play. Hope this helped!
