Well there definitely two bugs to report so far I found...
First Chests.... the lid (animated) is inside the bottom half of the chest (static). this created a overlapping of two textures trying to occupy the same place thus causing the classic 'texture fight' this is even more noticable on HD textures but still its a modeling/animation issue unrelated to the textures itself its just more 'defined'
Secondly Pistons/Stickypistons... Have a bug in the texture rendering upon closing... It is wastefully swapping the texture on the top of the piston base upon closing to look like the top of the piston. The top of the piston when open displays the proper texture but when the piston head is moved to the closed position you can clearly see the texture on top switching for no reason.
