When I went to play Minecraft this morning I got "misstex" and MC crashed. I was able to get it to work normally by running as administrator. I then went to join my friends multiplayer server to find I had no servers listed. A quick check of my .minecraft folder shows the file that stores server addresses.
So I decided to just delete everything and start over. To my surprise when I started MC up, it didn't download anything. But everything worked fine.(I still had to start as admin though which I never had to do before.) I checked the .minecraft folder and it was empty. Does MC no longer use appdata>roaming>.minecraft anymore?
