So anyways, when I start the game, I can see the menu, but lines flash across the screen. If I turn on V-Sync, everything is fine. Or, if I use the FPS limiter via EVGA Precision and set it to 60, that works too.
Why should I have to do this? Is this a known issue and is there any way to fix it?
Also, if the game window isn't maximized, the problem doesn't exist.
check your graphics card settings, sounds like its doing what it wants, not what minecraft wants, see if their is a 'use application settings' option for it
